Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched from our facility. Upon successful cancellation, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

To cancel an order before dispatch, please contact us immediately at Yogesh.saarth@gmail.com or call +91 98687 26202 with your order number.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. Customers may refer to the Return Policy below for applicable options.

Returns

Due to the nature of wellness products, herbs, spices, and supplements, we generally do not accept returns of opened, used, or tampered products.

Returns may be accepted only under the following circumstances:

• Product received is damaged during transit
• Product received is incorrect (different from what was ordered)
• Product received is expired
• Product packaging is significantly compromised upon delivery

Refunds

Refunds may be approved in the following situations:

• Order cancelled before dispatch
• Product found to be damaged, incorrect, or defective upon verification
• Product unavailable after order confirmation

Shipping charges, if applicable, may not be refundable unless the refund is due to an error on our part.

Replacement Policy

Where appropriate, Sarvasva Naturals may offer a replacement instead of a refund for damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied products. Replacement requests are subject to verification and product availability.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided in the following cases:

• Customer changes their mind after delivery
• Product has been opened, consumed, or used
• Product damage caused by improper storage or handling after delivery
• Minor variations in colour, texture, aroma, or appearance that naturally occur in herbal and natural products
